Casualties Reported in Nabatieh as Ceasefire Violations Mount
Lebanon's official National News Agency reported that the targeted vehicle was traveling near Nabatieh al-Fawqa on Monday. The victims, who were returning from inspecting a family home, included a local school principal, her mother, a foreign domestic worker, and a Syrian national.
The Israeli military has maintained intermittent operations in southern Lebanon, asserting that its forces are solely targeting Hezbollah infrastructure and operatives. Both factions have repeatedly traded blame for violating the truce terms established under a United States and Iran brokered agreement that went into effect on June 21.
