The Prime Minister emphasized that Vietnam highly values its Comprehensive Strategic Partnership with France, identifying the long-standing relationship between the two communist parties as a foundational pillar of bilateral diplomacy.
Both leadership sides expressed strong satisfaction with the escalating momentum of Vietnam-France relations, which have expanded through frequent high-level delegation exchanges and comprehensive bilateral agreements. The two political parties continue to maintain robust cooperation mechanisms, including alternating theoretical symposiums and coordinated efforts across multilateral political forums.
